Raise a Claim - Hassle-Free Process
At Part Source, we want to ensure that any issues with your purchased electronics are addressed promptly and efficiently.
How to Raise a Claim:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our support team with details of your purchase and the issue you're facing with the product.

Step 2: Pay for Transport & Assessment
A R500 transport and assessment fee is required only if your claim is out of warranty or involves physical damage to the product.
If the product is still under warranty or there is no physical damage, this fee will not apply.
Step 3: Product Pick-Up & Assessment
We will arrange a pick-up of the product and perform a thorough assessment to determine the issue.
Step 4: Claim Resolution
Once the assessment is complete, choose between:
- Repair: If the issue is repairable, we will fix it.
- Replacement: If the product is faulty beyond repair, we will arrange a replacement (subject to warranty conditions).
- Return: If you prefer not to proceed with repair or replacement, we will return the product to you.
